Titan Construction And Development Inc Review:

Our Experience Working With the Company

Titan Construction And Development Inc Review: Our Experience as a Roofing Subcontractor

If you're researching Titan Construction And Development Inc in the Orange County area, before doing business with them, I want to share our experience so that other subcontractors, vendors, and homeowners can make an informed decision.

How We Became Involved

Titan Construction And Development contacted us by phone regarding a roofing project they needed help completing. Based on our discussions, we agreed to perform a complete tear-off and replacement roofing project consisting of approximately four units totaling around 4,500 square feet.

A written agreement was provided, and the agreed payment terms were payment upon completion of the work.

The Work Performed

Our crew completed the roofing work as requested. In fact, we went above and beyond to help move the project forward and ensure it was completed properly.

The project required approximately 10 days of work to complete.

At the conclusion of the project, we submitted our invoice according to the agreed payment terms.

What Happened After Completion

After the work was completed, communication effectively stopped.

Over the following months, we made repeated attempts to contact Titan Construction And Development regarding the outstanding balance.

Our records show that we made:

More than 15 phone calls

More than 10 emails

More than 7 text messages

We also continued sending invoices regularly, approximately once per month following completion of the project.

To date, we have documentation of these communication attempts.

Business Visit

We also tried visiting the listed address a few times only to find out that its a ghost office. Its always locked with no one inside to open the door. Blacked out windows, no contact information on the door, no notice of when they'll be back.

The phone number on their website doesnt work, meaning if you call it, no one answers. Unless they saw my phone number and recognized it.

Outstanding Balance

The company paid approximately half of the material costs, but a balance exceeding $33,000 remains unpaid.

The payment became due upon completion of the project and has remained outstanding for approximately nine months (since Sept 2025).

During that time, we have not received any explanation for the non-payment.

The Most Frustrating Part

The unpaid balance is obviously significant, but what has been most frustrating is the complete lack of communication after the work was finished.

Before completion, communication was active and consistent. Mike Bradley (Michael Bradley) was very nice when we were working, he even asked us to do more work because his team was slow, didnt show up, or needed help. Once the project was completed and payment became due, the only response received was 2 weeks later when he said he would pay, he called to say he had not received a payment from the company which he said he was the manager for. The funny part is his name is in the initial registration paperwork, meaning it is likely he is the owner, not someone else as he made it seem.

We received absolutely no response after that despite numerous attempts to reach the company.

After further research online, we found other people were also affected by his poor business practices. See links below so you can read for yourself:

There are other negative cases online that i have not posted on here.

Not to mention there are other businesses that pop up locally and registered under the name Michael Bradley, such as drywall business.
